Operations Manager (Wind Gap, PA)
Formulate policies and manage financial and daily
operations of an international telecommunication
services company. Develop and implement company’s
business strategy, direct and coordinate the
activities of customer service, marketing/sales and
financial departments to ensure quality compliance,
cost effectiveness and customer satisfaction.
Provide business analytics that help extend market
competitiveness while meeting customer needs and
business objectives. Develop management guidelines
regarding staff conduct, shift scheduling, and
customer servicing operations. Drive financial and
operational performance excellence to sustain and
strengthen the company’s financial well-being.
Review financial statements, sales and activity
reports to determine cost reduction policies and
program improvement. Review business and financial
policies and practices used by competitors to
identify potential areas of improvement.
Master’s Degree in Management or Business
Administration with a major in Finance, Marketing,
Management, or Management and Leadership is req’d. 2
years of exp. in the job is req’d. Conversational
and written fluency in Turkish required. M-F, 40
